Office never opened. Booked an appointment for both our children. 8:10 and 8:20 am Wednesday kendallwood office. Office hours says they open at 8 am. 8:30 now and No one ever showed up. No text or message. Door close. Lights off. Phone disconnected.

My experience today couldn't be better. The office is nice and clean, and they have a great selection of frames. Customer service was excellent. Grethel was very helpful and provided a detailed explanation and breakdown of all the costs. I'll have to see if this level of service remains consistent when I pick up my order, in which case I'll change my review accordingly.

My daughter supposed to have appointment yesterday at 4pm. I booked online and nobody contacted me to confirm this appointment. Yesterday morning I was calling to the office to confirm the appointment by myself and they told me, "everything is fine, come over". when we came there the office was closed and the sign on the door saying that they are closed at 2pm. When I called to the office again to ask what is going on, they put me on the hold for a while until I gave up. I would never come back to this place

I had my eyes checked on the 19th of May 2025 I had to wait about half hour but all went well. I went to choose glasses right after and the lady was not too friendly but I thought that I would receive a call within a reasonable amount of time. Today's date 19 of June and I haven't heard from them. Made two calls and they transfer me to a voice mail but they do not return the calls. Furthermore I stopped by the office and was told me they would call as soon as they receive them. I will not recommend this place to anyone and of corse never use their service again. In the meanwhile still waiting for my glasses.

Very elegant and clean location.
After being wearing contact lenses for 57 years, I went to this place for eye examination and I found out a lack of professionalism from the staff with few exceptions.
Dr. Norman Perberton very professional!
Super extra expensive without a reason when compared to other excellent facilities dedicated to eye care, they quote me a pair of Bi Torix contact lens for almost 5 times their regular price.
Be aware about what they try to charge you and your insurance company.
Definitely not reliables at all!

The service of the store was amazing. It exceed my expectations. When I got to the front desk a young girl named Arian I believe was super helpful and comprehensive. She gave me the best customer service that I have received from vision unlimited. Overall the care that I received from the Dr. Torres, the manager and the sell person was fantastic. I completely recommend this vision unlimited store. Wonderful experience.
