Was in on Saturday, Feb 7th with my elderly Mom to pick up her new glasses (3 pairs). Mel, immediately acknowledged us and proceeded to get her new glasses and have her try them on. She asked if he could adjust her 2 older pairs and he so graciously did and cleaned them for her. He showed such patience as he listened to her stories and yet still provided quick service. Thank you very much Mel, you are such a true asset to Vision Works and to humanity.

They performed tests without telling us, or asking us if we wanted them done, and later we were charged an additional amount for these tests. This seems unethical to me. Tests already done so we had to pay. I heard another customer complain about the same issue that involved her contact lense evaluation. Just wrong. Educate your staff that optional, additional charges must be explained so the customer can choose. Thank you
