Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. I called earlier to find out what my insurance would cover, and a very rude lady named Clara answered. She sounded completely bothered, told me I needed to call elsewhere to find out, and said I had to come in person. If that's the company's policy, fine, but there are ways to communicate that professionally, and the way she did was absolutely not it. I still took time off work and drove there, only to be met with the exact same condescending attitude. As soon as I walked in, she took a personal call and brushed me off. When I asked her what my copay would be, she actually said, in the rudest tone, "I don't even know who you are." Getting a simple breakdown of copays for lens enhancements felt like pulling teeth. I genuinely tried to give the place a chance -- I even found a pair of glasses I loved -- but the thought of having to do business with someone that disrespectful made me walk right out. You cannot expect customers to shop with you when the first point of contact treats them with such disregard. This was truly the worst customer experience I've had in YEARS, and I'll be taking my business (and my family's) elsewhere. After leaving, I read through countless reviews describing the same behavior from clearly the same employee. And with every response from management being the same generic "we'll share this with leadership," it's obvious this company has no real interest in addressing the issue or improving customer experience. That alone says everything you need to know about how they operate and how little they value their customers.

Not entirely satisfied. The delivery was late, and the customer service showed little interest. They didn't offer any tests to customer satisfaction, didn't ask to sit down to try on the glasses, and simply told that if they didn't like o have some questions you had three months to return them. Unbelievable! Of course, I won't be returning to this store.

I have visited vision works needing glasses for the first time and the people were amazing , especially one of the front desk girls letty . She was very patient with me with all my questions since it was my first time needing glasses she was very helpful and handled everything with patience and was kind .I strongly recommend coming here since letty and all the other staff are great when it come to professionalism. 10/10 . Will definitely come Back

Terrible customer service and very poor quality glasses. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the optometrist was not professional at all. The eyeglasses I received were badly made and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible experience with the optometrist, they do not state when you make the appointment that you are obligated to do the dilatation of your eyes. I went with my one and two year old ( not everyone has the luxury of having nannies and family in Miami) and had to leave ( obviously I cannot dilatate my eyes). Could you imagine, plus the florida statue states that you can choose not to do it , the optometrist just has to document that I chose not to. The front desk staff was rude. Will never come back!

Brooklyn her time to assist me in picking out my glasses and gave me exceptional customer service. What a very beautiful, artistic , and kind young lady. I highly recommend this store.
