The doctor is great. Nuris customer service: HORRIBLE! Super unprofessional, all they care about is charging Medicaid and treat their patients like a number. Trying to get in contact with them is tidious and they think theyre doing you a favor instead of treating their patients with the respect they deserve.

The absolute worst service and completely unprofessional staff.
It's sad because the doctor and nurse are excellent.
I have tried to call for appointments, orders, etc.. countless times I have been put on hold or hung up on.
Even when you go into the office the staff is rude and frankly do not care. The waiting periods are also ridiculous and unorganized.

Horrible experience. I took my daughter for a routine eye exam and the place is tiny and they schedule 20 people at the same time. There's nowhere to sit once the 5 chairs they have are taken. And then the eye exam room is the size of a broom closet and some lady was taken care of us while having a conversation with the front desk cler at the same time, yelling back and forth. I just told her I wouldn't need their services and we left in he midst of her loud conversation with the front desk lady.

Talk about OLD SCHOOL!! They took a week an a half to get my glasses ready, something Lens crafter could of done in one hour! Plus They DONT open on Monday's.. Finally after almost two weeks I cone in too pick up my glasses and they ask me to sit and wait, really!!! I would NEVER, EVER GO TGERE AGAIN... PLUS THEIR MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN LENS CRAFTERS..
