Warby Parker Aventura Mall

Warby Parker is the best eyeglasses store I've been in. I shopped around to more than five different places and the cost of the Progressive lenses and the frames were extremely expensive. Once I got to this store, I was able to compare and was very happy to see that they had similar frames to the well-known brands at a very affordable price, the frames were modern and they have different types and shapes, and they had the lenses that I needed at more than half over the price. I was able to get what I need and pay a very accessible price and the service, attention, patience that I received from one of the sellers on the Aventura Mall was outstanding. His name was Vince and I really enjoyed being in the store and getting what I needed. I am very grateful and I will recommend this store to anybody. What they have is beautiful and very accessible.

My first visit to the store and being introduced to the brand. I am very impressed with the quality of Glasses selection and the knowledgeable people that work in the store. I was able to get a recommendation for the best shape and Prescription needs. And the best part is your glasses are shipped to your house. No need to come back to pick them up. I have been coming to Warby Parker since 2019. I love getting my frames here. I've even purchased my kids eyeglasses here too and always have had the best experience. This year I visited the store again since my prescription updated and had the pleasure of being helped by Kaila again. She assisted me and my daughter last year and instantly remembered me (love when that happens). She's the best. Professional and amazing customer service. She always suggests the right frame for me and isn't afraid to tell me the truth. I love this too. She's the best and I'm looking forward to seeing her again for sure. Few days ago I went to buy a pair of sunglass at the Aventura Mall. I was undecided what to buy and I tried various shops but at the end I stopped at Warby Parker at the first level of the Mall. Nice selection of frames and nice sunglass. I have been attended very professionally and what make me happy to buy from this company was the careful professional attitude of a young Lady of the name Maria. Wow was a gem of the shop. She excited my expectation with a courtesy very rare in these days. Congratulation good job

Everything went great from the moment I walked in. Really glad I came here -- the experience was far better than my visit to another optometrist the week before. The doctor was extremely thorough throughout every step of the exam, and I feel my vision was measured much more accurately as a result. They were patient, attentive, and answered all of my questions. The staff was equally excellent -- very helpful, professional, and never pushy or rushed.
