I had an excellent experience today at the Warby Parker store at Brickell City Centre. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.
The doctor was especially helpful--he took the time to walk me through my VR prescription in detail and even explained step by step how to order the lenses correctly, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
The rest of the team, including the staff who assisted me with checkout and explained the lenses and options, were just as attentive and kind. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with.
Overall, a fantastic experience. This is how customer service should be. Highly recommended.
