Great experience overall. The staff were very attentive and polite, took their time to help me choose the right frames, and explained everything clearly. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this store.

The most important reason for the score I gave is the overall experience I had in the store. The store was clean, and everyone was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. I had a difficult time choosing a pair of glasses because I prefer oversized frames, but my prescription limits the size I can purchase. I tried on multiple pairs and started to feel frustrated, but the team was extremely patient with me the entire time. They could see that I was getting frustrated, yet they remained calm and supportive. They did not feed off my energy; instead, they took the time to explain in a way I could understand why a smaller frame would be the best option for my prescription. In the end, I chose a pair that I was happy with, even though it was not my original first choice. Their patience, professionalism, and willingness to educate me made the experience a positive one.

The staff at Warby Parker is amazing. This was a first for me with getting eye glasses and the experience felt at home. If looking for a place to get eye exam and eyeglasses, I will recommend coming to a place where you are treated with respect and feel welcomed, not to mention the pricing is fair.

I had a great experience at the Warby Parker in Wynwood. The team was communicative from booking through my appointment, and everyone was welcoming and helpful when I arrived. The doctor was fantastic -- she explained each step of the exam, compared my results to my last visit, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly listened to. The checkout process was smooth, with clear guidance on options and insurance. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Had to get new glasses and the sales associate was super helpful and courteous. They had a good selection of frames to choose from. I also like that you aren't purchasing the frames you try on in the store, they are sending you a new pair. I would definitely return!

Impeccable, personal, and quick service! Came from NYC for the weekend without contacts and wanted clip on sunglasses. Although they didn't have clip on sunglasses, the wonderful associate, Cheryl, and her colleague looked up my account and gave me a free 5-day pack of my contact lens prescription to have while I was down here at no charge! I ended up buying sunglasses and now I can have fun in the sun without squinting!!!

Cheryl and my Eye doctor were amazing. Great customer service from both. No upselling pressure. And I was in and out quick! No waiting hours at a doctors office to even be seen by someone. In and out, got my prescription, ordered my glasses and contacts and was set to go. All at a reasonable price. It's going to be my go to place for eye care and wear!
