If I could give this business ten stars I would! Dr. Monzon and his staff were incredible. I always avoided checking my vision because I never seem to find a doctor that I could trust until today. He's very knowledgeable and has exceptional patient excellence. Brittany was another individual who went above and beyond finding me the right frames! She was friendly and knew her stuff! I would highly recommend this doctor and business to those in the surrounding area and beyond...so tired of these bigger chain businesses that love to steal your money. Thank you so much!

This place is awesome! Dr. Monzon is professional, nice and quick. Wait time is minimal and the selection of eyewear is phenomenal.

This has been my worst experience with an optometrist office in my life. The customer service is the worst. They do not support to adjust the glasses, they do not truss when I said I do not see properly even the Dr argued and was disrespectful with me. The glasses broken 2 times I am using my old glass for more than 2 weeks now and my glasses are not ready yet, for only a screw. Note I bought a vey expensive brand . I paid more than 500. 00 dollars additionally what my insurance paid. I really do not like do bad reviews but this is too much. Try different office this the worst I visited and I used glasses more than 40 years and progressive glasses more than 24 years.

We've been patients since opening 3+ years ago. Hands down the best Optometrist I've ever been to and definitely the best in Kendall. Dr. Monzon is thorough and informative with yearly checks; great with all ages and family friendly (the 4 of us are his patients). Looking for a place you can build a relationship with the doctor and staff for many years to come? This is the place! It's not a factory...you're not a number. The front office is very friendly and helpful in getting you fitted for glasses and repairs (if you ever need them). Great customer service!

Dr. Monzon was very caring and professional with my examination. He explained and answered all my questions. The staff at West Kendall Eye Care were also attentive, efficient and professional, especially the person (unfortunately, I do not remember her name), who helped me to choose my frames and lenses. The office is well kept, clean and calming. I will definitely recommend using their services.

Amazing service all around! From scheduling the appointment to the visit itself with Dr. Monzon and going over my options for glasses and contacts after with Brittany, everything went so smoothly and everyone was so kind and helpful!

My son and I got our first pair glasses here and what a wonderful experience it was. They were super patient with us when selecting our frames and they delivered as promised. They were so nice that my wife and I have been recommending everyone that we know to them. The location is new so it is very modern and clean.
