My first time coming to Xpress Optical was back in March. I had my own designer glasses and wanted to get them prescribed, which I didn't know could be done. Brought them in and the staff were very professional. I also took an eye test to see if my prescription needed an update. A week or so later I received my glasses and they came back great! I also got the UV coating on my lenses and it pairs well with the color of my glasses.
This October my glasses got scratched and I brought them back to Xpress. They took them in no problem and I got my glasses back less than a week later! They came back looking brand new and sleeker (photos included). Highly recommend!

They charged me twice and never refunded me the amount. They told me to go with the police to talk to them, so I did. The police said that it was the 3rd case during that week, so they are used to it. For them, it is like approaching people who are not used to having health care insurance. They said that you have a "discount," but at the end, they charged you AGAIN for what your health insurance covered already for you. Be careful. I highly recommend that you go to another place. Martha and her husband are so rude.

I came in because I was not seeing well with my new contact lenses. I have a medium
size cataract in my right eye so we use mono vision and we were using distance in my left eye. We switched the lenses to the opposite eye. I am seeing much better in the office. I will use my contact lenses for the rest of the week to see. Thank you. I was not seeing the street numbers well before.

I went there because my husband insurance send him there, he is older and the personal working there are very rude with him only because he asked a question they told him you are free to go if you're not like it. But you see the attention was very different with a young pretty girl was there. The man in the front desk and the guy to do the test both of then talking and nices with her like never see a women before very ridiculous. Then when we con back to pick up the glasses the old lady that work there open the door and ask what we need? We told her we come to pick up the glasses and she asked: somebody call you? and I answered of course if not we not here as soon we come in the man in the front desk was we another customer he said something to him and they see us and then they smile sarcastic. I really don't like that is a service that they offered to people with Medicaid and they have to change the attitude and be more profesional no matter the age special older people. They are only employees thanks to people like us they have a job.
I said to my husband never more I want you come back to this optical. The environment very negative and rude.
