It was wonderful. Dr Zarco's experience in this Surgery, took away my fear before the eye surgery; and after it; his prediction, came true! "I drive without eye glasses"! I see perfectly while driving morning or night!!!

My father recently had cataract surgery at this clinic and we are extremely grateful for the excellent care. The entire staff was kind and professional, and a special thanks goes to Dr. Soifer for his outstanding work. Thanks to him, my father's vision has greatly improved. Highly recommend!

The doctor was good but the staff not so much. I believe Roxana was the one at the optical. I'm not sure if it was her or the other girl who answered the phone and was super unprofessional and rude, saying she didn't have to give me my Pupillary distance it wasn't written on the script either when I just went in today .They didn't have an issue giving it to me last year when I requested it so I don't understand what the issue was and she told me she was not obligated to give it to me. I feel like it's not the correct way to treat a patient and even though the Dr. Silva good ,but things like what this staff member did pushes you away. They let me pick out my glasses & everything, then a few hours later they wanted to say my insurance doesn't cover it until next year. It's super unprofessional. This should be checked before telling the patient they just have a copayment and that it's covered through insurance.i also asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me speak to one they told me no

Dr. Matias Soifer recently performed cataract surgery on my father's right eye, and we couldn't be more grateful. From the moment we met him, Dr. Soifer was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. After the surgery, my dad kept saying that he couldn't believe he had surgery, there was no pain, no discomfort, and now his vision is perfect. It was like magic! Dr. Soifer truly has gifted hands and a calming presence that made the entire process seamless. This was our first experience with Dr. Soifer, and we were truly impressed by the care he provided. He's a valuable addition to the practice, and we're grateful to have found him. We'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Dr. Soifer, for giving my dad the gift of clear vision again. I went today for my appointment and the front desk ladies were courteous and welcoming. When the technician/assistant called me to do my exam, it went well. She was of few words, but professional. However, when I was seen to choose the frames (dark haired woman), she was so quick to get me out. As I tried the first frame, while her leg is antsy (going up and down), she tells me "great! It looks great that's the one you don't have to try on the others"... baffled I said "no, I am going to try more on". I'm noticing she's getting more and more irritated (body language says everything) and she kept saying "yup that's it!"...Now I'm thinking WAIT A MINUTE! Now, I'm going to make you really wait. I set aside 4 frames and then intentionally shifted between pairs. I smiled and told her "yup this is the one". She gave me death eyes. Attention management...if your staff hurries the important factor, SALES, I'd recommend putting her behind the scenes. You have my name and my appointment was at 11:45am. Ps... the doctor sees you for less than 3 mins after dilation and said "your eyes are good". Thanks Doc!

Roxana and Gensy, in the Optical department, are very helpful and knowledgeable in helping choose the glasses that will fit one better. I have been a patient for many years, and service is better and better every time I come back. Thank you.
