I recently took my son King to Miramar Vision Center for an eye exam, and I can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were quick and efficient, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Dr. Douglas Handley truly stood out with his amazing aura and bubbly personality. He made King feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the exam, which is so important for kids. His friendly demeanor really put us at ease and made the experience enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely visit Miramar Vision Center again. I give their service a ten out of ten! If you're looking for a great place for an eye exam, I highly recommend this office. Thank you for such a positive experience!

From the moment I walked in I received the utmost best customer service from Nancy, and the office manager. Dr is amazingly kind, professional and handsome :) found my new favorite ophthalmology office. Thank you, to the fantastic team for all your hard work and professionalism.

Just moved here and tried supporting a local doc, but I won't go back here. The doctor is fine, but the office people are trying to rip you off left, right, and center. Went in for a regular visit... I've had contacts for years, the process really hasn't changed all that much. Shouldn't be that hard. They charged me over $100 for a visit that should have been free after insurance. I took my bill to Costco and they provide the same services for $0 copay with the same insurance. Then they tried adding specialty costs for my lenses that again, were $0 out of my pocket after transferring to Costco. Then add insult to injury, they didn't order my lenses when they said they did. Multiple receptionists are rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Go somewhere else.

I'm very happy to say that Miramar Vision Center is very professional, courteous, outgoing they make you feel welcome like part of the family from the moment you walk in from the front desk to the Dr. Great service. They also have a great variety of frames. I am very satisfied with my glasses. I will recommend Miramar Vision Center to everyone.

The secretary Miss nancy is so nice and helpful also very welcoming on the phone and I'm person. Optometrist Dr. Douglas is extremely nice and helpful and patient. Definitely found a new home

Great customer service, I had an appointment last Friday and as soon as I walked in I got a warm welcome from all of the employees. They take there time and never rush and are very understanding and sweet too. The have amazing deals for designer glass frames and for sun glasses too can't wait for my next visit! This has to be my favorite center from my past experiences, the doctor is very delicate and is very thorough which is awesome! It's even an amazing place for kids as well usually my son cries but when we came here all he did was laugh which is a plus. Worth it and recommended!
