I want to highlight my experience with Eden in the billing department. She has been incredibly helpful throughout my ongoing billing concerns. Eden is not only knowledgeable but also patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the information. Her friendly demeanor made what seems to be a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I also want to thank Dr. Levy and his staff for their service over the years.

While the Doctor usually gathers all the praise, it is the support staff that make life easier for the patient - Eden Umbal has been a fantastic resource in acquiring contributions to cover the copayment and explaining the billing and insurance procedures clearly and in a very friendly manner. Meanwhile the extraordinary patient coordinator Claribel Claudio has kept me in touch with the supplier of the medicine, fought battles on my behalf - always seeming to win them- and kept me informed as to progress. These two ladies take all the aggravation away and relive me of the stress that accompanies such expensive medication and procedures. Oh yes...Doctor Al Humaid is friendly and offers a pain free experience while keeping me fully informed on my condition - I cannot recommend Retina Macula enough -
