Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, only to be told I would have to wait 1-2 hours -- and that it "doesn't matter" if I showed up on time because that's just "how they work." That is beyond unprofessional.
No explanation. No apology. No respect for my time.
I drove all the way here for nothing, rearranged my schedule, and was treated like my time had zero value. If a medical office cannot manage appointments properly, they should not be scheduling patients at specific times.
Patients deserve basic courtesy and professionalism. This office clearly does not operate that way.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or expects basic respect.

I visited Aran this morning with my mother, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The level of service was unprofessional, and the reception staff were speaking and behaving as if they were in a casual personal setting rather than assisting patients. Additionally, there was a blind gentleman with special needs who was not receiving any help. The overall experience was simply unacceptable.

They are horrible office I went in today to check my pre glucoma and the heavy set cuban women staring yelling at me because that wanted me to do a full eye check up. I told her no I am only here to test my eye pressure..so she started to scream at me.. I told her I dont want my eyes deleted because I cant see very well after words. This mean person told me that I need to leave. So I said yes your right I will go to Walmart have the test done there.. she told me yes get out of here and do it at Walmart.. thats how they treat there patience..wow that's sad.. if you go there just becare full..that's all..

Unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled twice via text. They don't even have the courtesy to call and tell you why the appointment is cancelled, or work with you to find the best date for you. I had two wait three weeks for an appointment only to have it cancelled for another two weeks out, to have it rescheduled again....all through an automated text message.
I refuse to give them my busines so now I'm stuck starting over when it's already hard to get an appointment at any opthomologist in Miami. Don't waste your time. Especially if you have an eye condition that needs immediate attention.
