Extremely rude person answering the phone. I told her I am post vitrectomy, she proceeded to talk to me like I am five years old, saying that I probably just need a regular optometrist (???!!!)... Train your staff better.

Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each procedure in detail and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions thoroughly. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference in my visit.

Ashley is kind and dedicated. She connects well with patients and works hard to ensure accurate records. Her positive attitude and helpfulness make the experience in the office more enjoyable and welcoming! Give her a raise!

I have been seeing Dr Levy for over a year. He has been treating me for diabetic retinopathy with injections to each eye. Everything was going ok until my appointment recently. I have been running up a small bill for co pays under $200. I was asked for payment I told the girl I couldn't pay anything that day I explained I'm on a fixed income I've been in touch with billing I promised to pay in full the first of the month. I have not ignored about payment. She went and got the office manager, who is a man. He came out to see me in the waiting room in front of everyone demanding payment, very arrogant. I told him I've been in touch with billing he then went to Dr Levy who, when told I couldn't make a payment that day it looked like he smiled at the arrogant office manager and was about to laugh. Everyone in the office acted like I owed thousands you are talking about a bill under $200 which did carry over from 2023. I have Medicaid they never once told me they take it. I take my dog to his Veterinarian who treats my dog, like his own, and shows concern for his well being and health over money. Just the opposite with Dr Levy it's all about the money not your health and well being. I needed treatment that day, special medicine that was ordered specifically for me, and he refused over a small bill Every time he came in to see me he looked at the MRI of my eyes ,doesn't say anything, leaves the exam room. I have to ask the technician about my condition, and what the doctor is going to do with me. I felt disrespected and I became disappointed and disallusioned that he turned me away from eye saving treatment I needed. There is a song by the rock band Foreigner called Your As Cold As Ice. This best describes Dr Levy and staff, also billing. Take my advice there are many many specialists around near where you live You will be made to feel safe and have a sense of well being we all deserve.

Excellent! Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very little time in waiting to do the next step and the office seems very organized. Dr Levy is very good, does his work and that's it! He answers all my enquirers. I only wish the office was closer to Fort Lauderdale.

Ive been going to Dr Levy for a few years now. Everyone is really nice , and I love him as my doctor, always nice and kind and makes me feel comfortable with my treatment. The wait sometimes can be a little long , but I mean what doctors office is quick ? I've seen none to this day that are in and out. I'd recommend the office. And Plan to continue my treatment with him

Ashley is very professional and compassionate towards every patient that is seen here. She is excellent at her job and does well with building rapport with every person she encounters.
