Being come to this eye care for over 5 years, never had a problem. Love the service I received every time.

There is no respect for the patient, I had two appointments, one for a prescription for glasses which lasted 3 and a half hours and I had to go to another appointment for a prescription for contact lenses, both lasted 3 and a half hours, a month has passed and I still have not received my glasses or my contact lenses, I have tried to contact them on several occasions and they have not given me a reason, they say they are going to call me and they do not, I have made more than 9 calls and still no one has given me a reason for my glasses. They cannot be called professionals when they have no respect for the patient's time and needs.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! if you need to go to anywhere go to the one in davie. YARI OR YADI the one who works in the optometrist is worthless. how can you treat a patient like that without wanting to help just because she doesn't wanna do her job ???? talking about his insurance needs to do auth before obtaining his glasses. if it wasn't for paula who helped me instantly created the authorization for me OVER THE PHONE IN 6MINS I would've been more livid than I am right now. I will never have my dad step foot in this place again. I will be picking up his glasses & thankfully never having to deal with these inconsiderate people. if you don't like help or your job GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IM GLAD THE MANAGER WASNT THERE TODAY BECAUSE PAULA MADE EVERYTHING THAT MUCH BETTER. DONT COME TO THIS EYE CLINIC/OPTOMETRIST!! THE ONE IN DAVIE IS 100 TIMES MORE USEFUL

Once you get your appointment and eye exam the eyeglass center are horrible. They don't help you well they don't return calls. I've been waiting a month and I can't get through to anybody to get a pair of glasses that I paid for a month ago. Horrible horrible service.
