had an amazing experience at South Florida Vision. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Alexa and Mariela were outstanding--very attentive, patient, and always making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I also want to thank the doctor for the exceptional work. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take the time to provide the best care possible. I am very disappointed in the overall experience I had with South Florida Vision. The treatment from the staff was poor, and the quality of the eyeglasses I received was poor. There was a mixup with my glasses coming in incorrectly and I was told the correct ones would be expedited. I ended up waiting 2 weeks again and had to call and check on the status. The front desk office staff are very rude to the older Haitian patients, which from what I saw was majority of the patients. I would not recommend them to anyone.
