Let's say the glasses this people made were kind of a 50/50. One pair was okay the other one not that great. The eye exam is mediocre, they came up with a very efficient telemedicine model to check your eyesight remotely. I guess it sounds really good and saves them money. In reality though the exam really doesn't work The specialist working remotely had a hard time making the equipment function properly. The remote staff was barely cordial. My wife was also having her glasses. She also had a 50/50 result,v they eventually gave her one of the pair of glasses for the other pair we purchased they lost the frame and they could not even apologize. Took over a week to get our money back for that pair.

Don't go to Stanton Optical if you want to see and speak with a doctor. They perform hybrid examinations, meaning you are examined by a Technician via video. Then the results are given to a doctor, you never see or meet, to write the prescription. You're are told about the hybrid exam when you're sitting in the examination chair. At the conclusion of the exam, the lady couldn't find my insurance information in the database and I had to pay for an exam that was covered by insurance.

Do NOT waste your precious money and time here. The exam is done virtual by a technician. You never get to see a dr. I ordered 2 pairs for over $800. The prescription is off, as i cannot read text correctly. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I should have listened to my gut. NOw im having to see my regular real doctor for a real prescription.
