Coan eye care is the best optical company I have ever gone to. I have tried many eye care companies in the past 28 years. Roxanne is thorough and professional with a high standard of quality. She truly cares for her patients. She is pleasant, and will answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's difficult to find good quality health care these days. I highly recommend them.

I had an eye emergency caused by my own carelessness, and this clinic truly came through for me. After a sleepless night, I searched for an eye doctor who opened early on a Saturday, and I was relieved to find them. Booking an appointment online was quick and effortless, and I was able to secure an early slot. The clinic itself is spotless, spacious, and impressively efficient. Every staff member from the front desk to the back was kind, attentive, and professional. I saw Dr. Coan, who was incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely caring. He took great care of me and was truly a lifesaver. Thank you Dr. Coan and the entire team, for the outstanding service.

The doctor and his staff are amazing! Very sweet, patient, and willing to help any way they can. Took my children there and they were nervous...when we left my 10 year old son said "best doctor appointment ever...I can't wait to go back next year!" You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs!!

I would definitely recommend Coan Eye care at the new Clermont location. I was seen promptly at my appointment time and all of the office staff was very professional, but welcoming. Dr. Coan was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me without going overboard. Happy to have found them!

My family has been going here for years. They actually discovered my son had dead eye and helped us activate it. The staff is always very friendly helpful and we always have a wonderful experience. Anytime I contact them. I get a swift response.We are now transitioning to Contacts because kids can be mean. Today they took their time made sure that he was comfortable and were so patient. I'm very thankful for this team. They have a passion for what they do.

Once again a phenomenal experience at Coan Eye Care from start to finish! Where I am hesitant to use hyperbole (like 'every'), every staff member, every medical person, and especially the doctors, all raise the bar in terms of a wonderful mix of professionalism and friendliness, and make me feel like a valued and well looked after patient! And the quality of my vision remains the best it has been in well over 40 years!

Every single person there was a delight to talk to and were so incredibly kind, professional, and informative. I had an unfortunately dreadful experience with another doctor the week prior and was very anxious going to a second one. I had no reason to be, from the wonderful techs, to the kind student intern (I hope your graduation goes well!!), to Dr. Coan, I was given thorough and excellent treatment. It was actually thanks to seeing other very positive reviews that lead me to pick this office, so I add my voice to the long list, as someone with both eye phobia and trauma, I couldn't have asked for a better team than them

First time at Coan Eye Care. Referred by another optometrist due to my Keratoconus eye condition. My appointment was with Roxanne Achong-Coan OD... Dr Roxanne specializes in helping Keratoconus patients. My exam was performed by multiple technicians, interns and Dr Roxanne. The process was very detailed and included eye scans and many measurements due to my Keratoconus condition. Iit was determined that due to Keratoconus wearing soft or gas permeable contacts would not work as they would not stay in position. I was fitted for sclera contacts and during that process I attained 20/20 vision.i don't recall in my 60+ years of eyeglasses and contact lenses having attained that vision acuity-possibly when I was much, much younger Only time will tell..it will take 3+ weeks for the sclera lenses to arrive then multiple appointments to make sure all is well. Learning to apply and in turn remove the lenses will be included in the appointments. The decision to go with sclera lenses in my mind will significantly improve my vision and quality of life. The attention and care I received and will continue receiving by Dr Roxanne and associates is excellent and professional
