We had such a great experience at my daughter's eye appointment. This was her first official eye exam, and Ms. Yamilee was wonderful with her. She was so gentle, patient, and really helped my daughter feel comfortable and calm the whole time.
Dr. Brown was just as great. He took the time to reassure us, explain everything clearly, and let us know that everything looks good, which gave us so much peace of mind.
We're really thankful for how kind and caring everyone was. It made what could have been a stressful first visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Had an eye exam at Mack Eye Care and got my prescription. Lens Crafters filled the prescription with a transitions lens. The glasses were delayed twice but I did finally received them almost a month later. The distance portion of the glasses was good but the reader prescription was not. Took them back after trying to make them work for 3 weeks (as directed). Before doing a recheck on my prescription they asked me to bring in a previous pair of glasses which they determined to be too old to provide any insight and recommended a recheck. Now I'm being charged another 20 bucks for the recheck because I'm beyond 45 days of the prescription, caused primarily by delays in receiving the glasses. The 45 days should commence once the prescription is received (especially if it's filled by the onsite retailer(Lens Crafters), but this place is completely inflexible. Won't mean much but I will be finding a new facility for my eye care. Too bad, I liked the doctor.

The most pleasant and positive experience I may have ever had with a doctor appointment. Receptionist was exceptionally kind and sweet from beginning to end. Appreciated the throwback movie playing during the brief wait. Dr. Brown was humorous, friendly and caring. 5 Stars, A+, Gold Star - this team deserves recognition for making the experience easy, fast, and enjoyable - thank you!

Had an insurance covered appointment where there was no co pay. But was forced into a retinal exam that charges 39$. I was told that I could not have the regular eye exam without this procedure so I could either cancel my appointment or pay the 39$. I could not really afford the $39 extra fee but had already taken off work to go to this exam and would not be able to take off again. If you are going to force extra charges on people then you should make the patient aware prior to the visit. I have healthy eyes and no indicators that I would even need that extra exam. I feel like I was scammed just do they could fill their pockets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here unless you're ok with being scammed.

Customer service is not a priority there at the front desk. They are requiring a $39 OCT scan not covered by insurance when they know very well they can do the exam without that.
They also don't take secondary insurance.

Front desk associates were friendly and helpful.
I saw Dr. Brown who was nice and seemed knowledgeable.
I was a bit disappointed with the sales associates. I am not sure if maybe they don't make much money on the sales side or if the sales associate I dealt with was just being lazy, but it was like they didn't want to sell me glasses in store. I ended up just buying online instead.

Dr. Brown and all the staff were incredibly kind and personable. Even though I was late to my appointment, the front desk staff were very understanding and offered me options. Thankfully, I was still able to be seen today. The eye exam process was efficient, and each test result was explained to me in detail, which I really appreciated.
