Greetings,I'm wondering if I leave a review will I get a grand prize for a pair of free color contacts..( hahaha ).. Well I like to say I'm very moved by the owner he really keeps everything in short details and he has much concerns. He has a warm spirit.. Very humerus I must say and not pushy or dull attitude. The other fewer staff members especially the one who always say OK LUV! THANK LUV!!.lolol She is amazing . She make sure to call up and check up with you big ups to her.. The one young Spanish man who measures your eye's is full of spunk. .all though I haven't been with company long. This is my second visit,I think every one works as team on 1 accord. I like this!! Onething I notice. Is its less gossip. At outlet outlets they was all over the place not order.ni calls back of promises. Waiting over a month for glasses to arrive... etc.. So here I appreciate the hospitality. Thank you...

Dr. Waller is the new Optometrist. By way of his expertise, he was able to quicky assess my situation and to give me the solution. He was informative and pleasant and I look forward to seeing him next year. The staff, as always, are super kind and professional. They continue to be a five-star group of professionals!

Excellent service, everyone in the office are attentive, corteus, friendly, and their customer service exceed expectations. The Doctor explains everything and he answered any questions you may have. Overall a great experience. I highly recomend this Office. I have been going several years.

I've been talking my daughter here for about 8 years now and I absolutely love it. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. 10/10 strongly recommend.

We love the new Dr. Delia Ramos and justa Garcia. Definitely be back next year unless necessary to return sooner. Dr. Good looking too.

Update review(11/2025), definitely pleased with today's appointment. New doctor is very customer friendly oriented, very informative and seems like he really cares about his profession & clients he work with. Staff is always pleasant. Change rating from 1 to 4. (7/2025)Worst experience, This was my 3rd or 4th time using this provider, primarily for my son. The staff is always amazing I will say but the owner(doc) was passive aggressive regarding me not following up with his referral which I acknowledge and made it clear I will follow up but he chose to continue to be condescending about me not following up, I did become offended, it's a lot of in between too much to type but I asked him more than once to move forward with the appt regarding my son he kept wanting to address me in a controlling way ( this is Not the norm) I stood up and asked for a staff member to please come in to help diffuse situation I guess that offended him to where he refused to proceed with my son after seeing me, he asked the staff members to not charge me and give me all my paperwork which was fine with me again there was a lot said in between but he was rude with his comments. I left out while my 17yr old son waited for the paperwork because I was becoming overwhelmed with what happened so I left the negative atmosphere, watching my son leaving I can tell he was upset and ended telling me the man came out of his current appt to address my son and the conversation ended with the "professional" saying he felt threatened by me and my son which is insulting and laughable at the same time and said he was going to call the police on my son, I believe he only said that because it was an easy target, he should have not approached my son at alland also he now wants to play victim...it was an unfortunate situation but the man lost his cool, my son also stated when i left out the Dr said was was using foul language ( that's a bold face lie) so the Dr will make up lies to make himself look innocent again I've been here before he us a straight shooter and that's ok but today he was rude and condescending with his delivery...we all have bad days but he's the professional and need to manage his emotions better

The new doctor has a much better personality than the old one. I have been going to Advanced Optical for years and can't see myself going anywhere else for my eye examination.
