America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I went in because I bought my glasses through Another America's Best and they are under warranty. I lost a nose pad when I was on a ride a Disney I get to the store at 6:42p after having to get a uber and the 2 employees at the desk informed me they could not replace that pad or do any adjustments to glasses because of some florida law. I said I just need yall to then sell me some nose pads so I can fix them and get on with my vacation. They said we cant do that I said seriously why are yall even here after the optometrist leaves for the day then? Save your money America's Best corporate office and close when the Doctor's leave the office because the staff apparently cant do anything at all but sit riding the clock looking at their phones till 7pm closing time, because of this so called law. I had to search all over several stores till I bought reading glasses from Walmart and took the special push on pads off and put them my oakley glasses.

Probably one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional with me asking basic questions about my appointment and insurance. Also, there was a male too who was very unfriendly. I can see why they have bad ratings on Google. It's are all true and there are better places to go to around the area. -0/10

I've been coming to America's Best Eye Clinic for years, and I have to say this was the very first time I left feeling so positive. Nellie is truly outstanding -- she has an amazing attitude and excellent communication skills that made my entire visit smooth and enjoyable. I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, but Nellie really deserves the recognition. Great job, Nellie, and thank you for making my experience such a good one!

Went in for an eye exam the staff was rude and just talking about personal life while I was standing there . the first thing I was asked about by the receptionist was about insurance which I then provided . The eye exam went well. Then I get home realized I was charged full price . I called and the same girl I provided my insurance to asked if I told them I had insurance... I said yes , I told you specifically. So I had to drive all the way back to get refunded . Zero acknowledgment or apology by the same person who was still talking about her personal life and relationship issues when I came back.

I had a great experience today! The service was fast and easy. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. I was having trouble deciding on a few pairs I liked and Crystal helped me out. She even suggested some other options that I might like. She was a pleasure and so so sweet! She helped run me through a few different totals of my purchases till i found the perfect solution for me. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Wow where do I even start, this place is AMAZING. Came in to get my glasses re adjuested and staff is nice and friendly the receptionist Yeivelisse had a smile ready and was quick to help me, and Naomi was wonderful adjusted my glasses perfectly would recommend 100% :)

Thank you Americas Best Millenia team for a great experience. You have restored my belief in good customer service. It came so natural. I was really blow away on the prices and EMMA was so good to me. It felt warm there. I felt welcomed and appreciated. You now have a customer for life!!! Thank you guys for blessing me.
