My experience with Baldwin Park Eye Care had both positive and improvable components. Friendly service-oriented atmosphere, easy to schedule appointments, convenient location. Overall, a welcoming client experience from the doctor and coordinating personnel. The office is busy, usually wait 20-25 min. past scheduled visit but understandable given the volume of patients they serve across the community. As far as getting new glasses, the consult team gave the sense that upselling is priority. There may be an opportunity to incorporate greater value towards client satisfaction. My 1:1 with the tattooed curly haired clerk underscored the observation. When I communicated $700+ wasn't the budget I originally had in mind as I was having trouble finding a frame I loved and quoted for the next best alternative, she became chilly or condescending in answering my questions. The tone bordered nasty-nice (if you know you know) which was not necessary. I had brought my AmEx that day with the intent to order whatever pair I was at minimum comfortable with for the sake of convenience and retire an outdated Rx. Once oriented to the Pretty Woman scene unfolding, my credit card and this 5-year Baldwin Park resident skedaddled. My appreciation to the exam staff's guidance and hospitality.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Everyone was extremely nice as well as attended to my needs. I was helped by Genesis and she was fantastic throughout the entire process. I've visited other places where they barely care and you're in and out in 10 minutes however this place made me feel as if they took all the extra care to make sure I was taken care of properly. Staff and Doctor were all attentive and thorough with communication. Exam, glasses selection and purchase were all fast and easy. Most excited about the quick turnaround time quoted to me on the new glasses - when we buy new shiny things we cannot wait to use them!

This team was amazing! They took the time to thoroughly go over my exam with me, no questions were left un answered! All staff members were extremely patient and took pride in their work! They helped me pick out frames that would best suit me along with recommendations of what would be best for my daily life style. The technology they had for checking my eyes made it quick and easy and helped avoid the guessing game of "lens 1 or 2" I left feeling understanding of where my vision was and extremely confident that my eyes where in good hands and this would be my clearest set of glasses to date! 10/10 best eye doctor I've ever been to.
