Don't bother showing up early for your appt, they'll get you back in no time, do your eye test, dilate your eyes and throw you in the "dark room". Almost done right? No. Wait for your eyes to dilate and then maybe get moved to a room to wait another 20-40 minutes. Doc's & nurses are nice enough and knowledgeable but why schedule more patients than you can see in a reasonable time frame. What should be a 45-60 minute visit is never under 90-120 minutes. Guess my time is not valuable. Get used to this view.

Parents had 3:30 appointments but were told there over an hour wait! If this office consistently overbooks to maximize revenue at the expense of patient time, that's disappointing and unprofessional. At minimum, patients should be notified well in advance if the physician is running that far behind so they can decide whether to keep or reschedule the appointment. Respect goes both ways. Disgusting office practices.
