As a healthcare provider myself I can assure they are providing an Amazing service! Dr. Patel has moved from Narcoose to this new and gorgeous location. Front desk was very polite and helpful from the start. Greeted by Melissa after going to the back and was very caring and dilated my eyes without any issues. Then Helen took over and continued their amazing service. Dr. Patel is a very humble and caring doctor and Im glad to be a patient of his.

Dr. Patel is the nicest doctor, very caring and professional. Fortunately, he is also the most talented ophthalmologist and has a well-deserved reputation for being brilliant at what he does. I came to him on a referral from my optometrist with two issues, one on each eyelid that really bothered me, both right at the lash lines. Additionally, I scar easily and wanted to be sure to find the absolute best doctor for optimal results. I can confidently say that Dr. Patel was the exact doctor I needed! Hi my name is Linda I'm was one of Dr.Patel first patients when I first went to him I was scared had alot going on with my vision Dr Patel assured me everything was going to be alright he explained the conditions he called it like no other Dr.had done he really takes the time for the eyes and gives the best advice he did my cataract surgery and when seen other Drs. they asked who done my surgery and said he did a very good job he really cares about his patients and the health of their eyes

This review is for the office staff. Called twice to make an appointment, left a detailed message but never received a return call. On my third attempt, the scheduler returned my call, then diagnosed my disabled brother over the phone and would not set the appointment. I never experienced an office worker diagnosing a patient. So unprofessional.
