Carla is amazing! I hadn't had an eye appointment in almost 15 years, and wow, the process has changed a lot! Digital dilation (so I could actually drive myself home afterward), a huge selection of affordable frames, personalized one-on-one service, and lightning-fast turnaround time. If you have vision insurance and haven't gotten your new frames this year, hit her up! And if you're like me and long overdue for an eye exam--now's the time!

I had a great experience today. I was getting my first pair of glasses and Carla was very helpful, she let me try all of the frames in the entire store. I had made an appointment, brought in my prescription, and she was able to cut my lenses while I was there since I didn't need anything special. I walked out of the store with the new pair of glasses, all in about an hour.

I scheduled an appointment for a routine eye exam and arrived at the office only to realize it wasn't your typical optometrist's office. Instead of seeing an eye doctor in person, I was informed that the appointment would be conducted virtually. This was a significant departure from what I expected, and I believe it should have been clarified when I made the appointment. Despite the unconventional setup, I proceeded with the eye exam, which, although different, seemed adequate. Afterwards, I decided to browse for glasses. Typically, I purchase my glasses online due to the cost savings, especially for my strong prescription. However, I wanted to utilize my insurance coverage for a pair of prescription sunglasses, which my usual online vendor doesn't offer. During the selection process, I was aware that my prescription necessitated high index lenses to reduce thickness. However, when I received the glasses, they had standard lenses that made them look excessively thick and unattractive. Despite being charged for high index lenses according to my receipt, I was disappointed to find otherwise. When I raised this concern, I was told we had discussed it, which wasn't the case. I wouldn't have agreed to such glasses had I been informed accurately. Furthermore, I was denied access to my PD (pupillary distance) under a dubious legal pretext by Carla. While other legitimate eye doctors readily provided this information, Carla's refusal seemed motivated by a desire to monopolize my eyewear purchases and charge exorbitant prices. This left me feeling deceived not only by the absence of an onsite eye doctor but also by the subpar quality of the glasses I received. Additionally, the office's limited operating hours, only open one Saturday a month until 12pm and M-T 9am - 5pm, pose a significant inconvenience for those with standard 8-5 work schedules. Having to coordinate glasses pickup solely according to Carla's availability is impractical and frustrating. Overall, I'm deeply disappointed with the level of service I received.

I took my daughter to two other eye doctors and had such a bad experience. Conway Optical and Carla came highly recommended, so I went there and omg what an amazing experience!!! She gave my daughter her contacts same day! Now my whole family is going there and I look forward to it every time. So personable and makes you feel like family, and explains everything so thoroughly. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Conway Optical since they have been open and have received awesome service every time. Carla takes the time to explain all aspects relating to your visit. She doesn't push any particular frame, and will provide her opinion regarding your selection when asked. She will also let you know if the frames you have chosen will go well with the lenses that will be made for your power of prescription. If you take her advice, you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend Carla and Conway Optical.

I am always pleased with the attention to detail and respect for my time when using Conway Optical. The doctors associated with this business are very thorough and professional. Carla makes me feel comfortable with her courtesy and care. I enjoy switching up my glasses and have several pair that are on-point for my prescription. Will always use this business.

I've been going to Costco for glasses for 30 years and always thought I was getting the best value for my money. WRONG!! I finally went to see Carla at Conway Optical because I read such glowing reviews about her service, and let me tell you, they're well deserved! Costco couldn't make my high cylinder prescription, and I was convinced that I would pay $700 or $800 for a pair. I went to visit Carla, and she was able to make my prescription, and she had a great selection of frames at really reasonable prices. I don't have to peek over the top of my glasses, or underneath them to see small things. For the first time in years, I can see everything, and I have stylish glasses that I just love! Thank you, Carla!

I took a bifocal prescription in there and she spent way more time than I expected helping me find a great fit and they were ready the next day for less than I was expecting. Highly recommend! She is a real asset to our neighborhood.
