Costco Optical Department

I had to post a sincere thank you to Bri at Costco Optical for being so kind and helpful to me. I'm here from out of town and needed help getting new contact lenses. Even with a busy lineup of people, Bri provided the very best service I could have hoped for. Please give Bri a huge holiday bonus, I wish there were more people in the world like her. You rock, Bri.

The glasses saleswoman who served us was simply the epitome of unpleasantness. This woman seriously needs help. A new job, or something personal she must be going through, to make such an effort to treat people that way. I left with my son and wife without complaining in person because I don't know what she would be capable of.

We recently went to do our eye exams at this Costco optical department and afterwards made our glasses there ( both me and my wife). Thomas at Costco optical department was very patient and knowledgeable, he went through all our insurance information and verified every detail thoroughly. He helped us to compare the pros and cons of different eye glasses options and so we can make sound decisions. The glasses came back within a week and very comfortable to wear. We are both very happy with Costco optical department and especially Thomas's help! Thank you very much!!! We had a great experience.

This is our 3rd time getting our glasses from this store. Their service is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The specialist we had on this visit and who we had the last time, her name is Jesania, she is friendly, kind, and has a very good attitude, as if she loves her job. It was a comfortable fun experience. They have a large selection of choices-(brand names) as well as lesser name brands, and even a good amount of Costco's Kirkland brand. for woman & men with regular glasses and sunglasses, with even non- prescription sun glasses. There are a wide range of prices and always have some pretty good sale-discounts. Yesterday you could buy 2 pair with 50% off the 2nd pair. We got regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. You can get your eye exam prescription there as well for contacts or regular glasses. Or you can, like we do is get our prescription from our annual eye doctor check up and take that with you to Costco. You do need to be a Costco member for the benefit of their optical and hearing aid departments- they also have a hearing test facility right next to the optical. If I'm not mistaken both facility's are open every day but close earlier than the Costco store. Normally they close at 6 during the week when Costco closes at 8:30. I know that weekend is similar but both eyes and ears close I believe at 3-4, while the Costco store closes at 7pm

I recently visited Costco Optical and had a fantastic experience. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout the process. Checking in was a breeze with the QR code system, and the return time for glasses was just 1-2 weeks. I would definitely recommend Costco Optical to anyone in need of new glasses!

My eye exam here was absolutely OUTSTANDING! There were many appointment slots available so I was able to see Dr. Chen quickly. He was very attentive and I was impressed by the office's polite staff and cutting-edge technology. I used to go to Target Optical in Millenia and will never go back after my appointment here!

Doctor is great but office staff is horrific. I would have given a 1 star if it weren't because of the doctor. He needs new office team members.

I couldn't tell you how their service is because I couldn't get any help.
