"My experience at DPA Eyecare was not satisfactory. First, I was charged for eye photos that I never received. In addition, after completing my eye exam, I waited over 20 minutes to be assisted in ordering my new glasses, but no one came to help me. I believe they should improve in transparency, follow-through, and customer service quality, as situations like this create frustration and distrust among patients."
