My experience was awful, the doctor was rolling
his eyes to his assistant as I asked questions about my son's diagnostic. I went to him as a self pay patient to get a second opinion. So I not only wasted time but a lot of money in the process.
When I went to pay the bill, the price charged was way above the quoted by phone(I called twice to confirm).
The icing on the cake was when the receptionist got the front desk supervisor named Lindsey to help.
She was sarcastic, ironic and spoke to me in a very undermining tone. Refused to give me her last name and said I should have read the check in paper I was given, yet at check in the receptionist just pointed to me where to sign and date, I was trying not to delay the check in process and trusted the price I was given by phone (when I scheduled and called to confirm the appointment). Today about 2 weeks after the visit, they still haven't emailed me the visit summary as promised. Very bad experience. Stay away.
