I had such a great experience during my eye exam! The staff was so welcoming and made the whole visit comfortable from start to finish. I ended up having a really sweet conversation with the lovely woman who helped me pick out my glasses -- she made everything easy to understand and genuinely enjoyable. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took their time explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. Overall, the appointment was smooth, pleasant, and way easier than I expected. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam or updated prescription!

I have been going to see Dr. Sawh for several years now and will not see anyone else. I recommend her to all my friends and family. She is thorough and top notch. She makes sure everything is just right for you despite how busy she is.

Thank you for Dr. Sawh and Staff for your prompt attention to my request for an appointment to check my eyes from a possible retina detachment. I found relief to be able to see Dr. Sawh. She was very professional, kind, knowledgeable & explained/described to me what my eyes where doing/going through based on the pictures taken of my eyes. I'm glad it was Not super serious, and I will be following up with the ophthalmologist in a few weeks. Meantime, I am pleased to have visited the Optical @Target Waterford Lakes.

As usual my visit to this Optical Target was a breeze. Found almost all new employees y their majority young women including the Manager, very sociable and easy going. Thank you Elizabeth Rubio for taking care of me yesterday! Good Job! See you soon when picking up my new glasses.

I had a truly wonderful experience at my daughters recent eye doctor appointment. The doctor was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me and my daughter feel informed and comfortable throughout the visit. The ladies in the eyewear section were just as impressive--friendly, attentive, and super helpful. One of them went above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses, making her feel confident and excited to wear them. Their warm and professional service made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It was Saturday Oct 11, busy day at any Target store. I arrived on time, but there was a fire truck in front of the store that was making it difficult for traffic to move and patrons to go into the store. As I arrived at the store, I was told that I could not be dilated because I was late. The emergency paramedics were at the optical store door attending to an elderly customer. The whole consultation took less than 20 minutes. I was dismissed and told to look for a specialist with a suspicion of glaucoma. I paid my co-pays and about 25 to 30 minutes later I got a call from the optical store stating they forgot to perform a certain test and I was charged for it, I was given the opportunity to come back and do it or get a reimbursement, Obviously, I chose to reimbursement because of the level of service I was getting at the store, it never came back, I never received my money back and my benefits from my eye insurance plan are exhausted so I cannot choose another provider for one year

I have been going to this office for a number of years. Always a positive experience. It's professional and well run. I highly recommend
