Dr. Goyal and her team are absolutely fantastic! I was so impressed by how efficient this practice is while still being incredibly kind and welcoming. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, there was minimal waiting, and the entire visit was smooth and quick.

We found Dr Goyal practice via google. She was rated very well by her client and we gave her a try for my husband surgery. I waited a few weeks to give a review until after both his eyes were done. The staff are efficient, from making an appointment to checked-in. The staff inside the clinics are organized, well informed and explains the procedure or test that will be done. Dr Goyal spoke to us, explained everthing how proedure will done , the type of lens, the cost and what to expect. We are scheduled surgery 1month after we are evaluated. The surgery center is in downtown, process is smooth and we are in /out in the surgery center about 3-4hours total.. Post surgery follow up with Dr Goyal within 24 hours and then 2 weeks after. She is ever present during surgery and follow ups. Highly commend their system in the clinic, almost no wait time and we are in and out in less than 10-20minutes. Dr Goyal is wonderful, we appreciate her hands on with her patients and most importantly my husband is happy with his new set of eyes . I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Getting "elective" eye surgery done is a procedure that is naturally accompanied by apprehension, because you're essentially taking a risk that is technically not "necessary", because you're making do with glasses, and in my case, progressives, because I'm of the age where I need glasses for reading as well. Dr. Goyal is experienced, professional, reassuring, and also extremely responsive. She has a great staff as well. Firstly, she solved the issue that I had of needing to see with distance as well as up close - creatively, but effectively. Secondly, I had a little "emergency" the day after the surgery, which she dealt with "off-schedule" quickly and effectively. All around a great experience, and after a month + a week (I waited intentionally before writing this review to make sure the results held up), I can honestly say that I would highly recommend Dr. Goyal. 10/10!
