I was appalled at the unprofessional ATTITUDE of the staff and the unscrupulous sales tactics and deceptive explanation of the contract they have with Florida Blu Medicare Advantage. I reported them to my Insurance for the fraudulent misrepresentation of my benefits in an attempt to upsell "frames" that my insurance already provided a $200 allowance for [frames] within my coverage. They did not want to honor the Insurance Contract and Process my benefits as written in my policy! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!

They take way too long to come out when you arrive. Not safe for them and super weird to be waiting upwards of 10-15 minutes before someone comes from the back to even acknowledge you. If I'm about to be price gauged for frames I at least expect above average customer service. The Dr is very nice though and explains everything. Just not sure I'll be back next year unless front desk issue is sorted out. Seems to be a common complaint in the reviews.

I have continual issues with this office. I scheduled an appointment online for Friday at 9:30. Arrive at 9 am and doors were locked. Okay, maybe they don't open until 9:30. I waited, called, and nothing. I never received a cancelled appointment notice, nor anything letting me know they weren't open on the day I scheduled my appointment. Every time you try to call, no one answers. And the last time I did have an appointment, they tell me my insurance doesn't cover certain things, when I call my insurance and insurance tells me it does cover! So frustrating and done with this office!

Visited this office today and I want to say that I was greeted with politeness. Receptionist Natasha was so healthy full from the start and to the finish. While waited to be seen over hearing such great business ethics, choosing the correct words to income calls and handling walk-ins on an emergency issue, the patient was not turned away, showing empathy the person was seen with no hesitation. Meeting with the rest of that staff they were extremely knowledgeable in the functions of a better work flow and showing awesome team work. The wait time was responsible and so much better then any doctors office I have ever visited. They all showed professional pleasantries that made me feel I was not a number. They provided individual care to all patients. It was the best place, that I actually enjoyed or never enjoyed at other medical offices in my life.

Our appt was on 9/25. We ordered 3 pair of glasses that day. The cost was over $700 and we still have not received our glasses. I have been calling for over 3 weeks and get no responses except 1 on the 19th of Oct which the voicemail said they would be sent within 3 days. It is the 30th now and still no call back or glasses. Run away from these people. If I could there would be 0 stars

The doctor herself is very friendly and great with my son. She is the only reason this office gets two stars! The staff is ridiculous! I've never encountered anyone who was kind, even in the slightest. I have always felt unimportant and like I'm a bother. They've never been nice to my son and he's asked me before, why they're so rude! There is also absolutely ZERO communication skills with the staff and the customer! I'm beyond frustrated with them and regret ever stepping foot in this office to begin with, with the exception of the doctor herself!

First time here and very impress! Upon arrival, staff was friendly and attentive. What I appreciated most was Dr. Tartibi did not just conduct an eye exam, she asked what my concerns were with my vision and what would be ideal for me. Additionally, she took her time explaining her findings. Never going back to a chain vision location again!
