Staff was very professional, courteous, personable and welcoming. They were very attentive and helpful in regards to any questions or concerns that I may have. Great selection of glasses, and overall very friendly and inviting atmosphere/environment. Would recommend to others if given the chance in the near future

The most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Ordered a replacement pair of glasses, when order was placed I was quoted 2-3 days.. one week passed, I called and they said they don't know why someone would quote me 2-3 days, ok fine I understand. Then, tell me they will call me back because they don't know how long it will take. Never got a call! So I called them and they said they have to find my file and they will call me back. Again, no call back. I call and they tell me it's not even shipped they will call me when they find out how long.. meanwhile, two weeks had passed after being quoted 2-3 days.. and still no clear answer on what is going on.. I call back about 3-4 days later and they say it still hasn't arrived but they will give me a call back, once again they did not call me back. I understand things happen but I am a patient and you are a doctors office, I should be taken as a priority. I will be taking my business else where. I hope you guys take this review into consideration when evaluating things that need to change within your business.

I've been coming here for the past 24 years along with a lot of my family. I love that they are a family owned business. Very pleasant to work with be around for so many years. I always recommend my friends & family here!

The staff here always make the visit enjoyable. I have never enjoyed going to the eye doctor until I came here. They are knowledgeable and friendly and it always feels like home when you are there. Excellent experience.

DO NOT COME HERE IVE BEEN WAITING FOR GLASSES FOR A MONTH THEY TOLD ME 2-3 days that it would be in the office and when I call them they have no idea where my glasses are and always telling me they'll call me back and never do I can't work or drive because I can't see. Trust me You don't want to spend your hard earned money where it can't be handled correctly.

Love the doctors and the staff! Courteous and helpful always! Moved to Tallahassee and I still go to them, worth the trip!

These guys are so nice and honest. Been going to them for 20 years.
