Made an appointment online and arrived and was told on arrival "we don't have doctors on Friday mornings".
I changed my schedule to make this appointment and after receiving a confirmation email I assumed that everything was a go.
I can't comment on services provided - but the logistics of this practice are much to be desired. I guess call ahead and make sure in multiple ways your appointment is actually scheduled.

I've been going to this place for years and it's gone way down hill unfortunately. They don't answer the phone, they close whenever they feel like it, they don't call you to let you know when your items are ready for pick up. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I am also not sure why Dr. Tartibi's name is still affiliated with this place, as she has not worked here for years.

I tried to just make a reservation but they kept me waiting. I really was disappointed but will move on to another eye glass location. Website doesn't allow reservations now which is also a disappointing this was not the vibe or place.
