I cannot say this enough the most seamless and easy going experience. I felt listened to, and well guided through out the entire experience. I made my appointment online (it took three minutes!) showed up ten minutes before my appointment time and they got me in and out in 20 minutes! Doctor Omar was kind and caring. Helped answer my questions in a straightforward but easy to understand manner. Agnes worked with guided me through all the tests in such a calming and relaxing manner I nearly fell asleep I was so at relaxed! Adam made finding my insurance provider and my paperwork experience a breeze!! A true light to this office honestly! I will be back for my annual! I cannot imagine going anywhere else!!! Thank you!!!!

everything about my experience was great except for the assistance manager sitting there yapping with his girlfriend about what weight loss products he's using instead of checking if i need help or asking if i need to check out, had to sit for an extra 5-10 minutes till another employee was available. seems like this is a consistent issue from what i hear from others!

I really liked that it was a quiet location, without people constantly up in your face trying to "sell" you. I appreciated their laid back approach and their quick to action when a question popped up. Rae was fun and extremely helpful getting our insurance sorted out. Rae did so well with my daughter and made her comfortable, that I brought my son back the same day to get his glasses! We got to chat with Ally and she helped my son make his decision and made the whole transaction easy. We will definitely be back next year!
