Stopped by eyeglass world to repair two eyeglass frames that I had sat on resulting in damage to where the earpiece connects to the main frame. Edwin fixed them both to perfect condition within 10 minutes which was amazing itself but what really blew my mind was his refusal to take payment since it was a "minor issue." That type of attitude is so rare these days and extremely appreciated,. Thank you Edwin for an amazing job and for your integrity!

Totally disappointed this is my 3rd and definitely the last time I will use this store, even the doctor and the staff are very good i fell they deceive you with overpriced item, after paying $600 plus with insurance, they said one time frame and it took almost double of the time to give the glasses, but you see commercial all over America with the same day glasses BS, when they arrived looks so cheap and poor quality, definitely will look for another option next year. on top of that they will replay with the bs email that no one respond and when they do is the same corporate template email that does not povide any solution.

Wife went in for her yearly eye appointment. Everything went fine til they went to fill the order for her contacts. The staff only ordered her a six month supply when she repeatedly stated she wanted a year supply. After we received the wrong amount we went back into the store. They basically said that they couldn't do anything and we would have to pay out of pocket for the remaining six months. Which came out to almost $200. Unacceptable
Edit: after emailing them. The DM reached out to us and remedied the situation. Had to come back in but they fixed the mistake. Thank you!

We were in town the week of Halloween on a faulyvtrip to universal. It appears the mummy it its revenge on her as she lost her glasses on the ride. We went to this location to see if we could get sane day glasses. We were too late to get them same day but they could get them first thing next morning. We'll, the team at this location was AWESOME! They were so helpful in getting us a great deal but also had the tech rush the glasses for first thing next morning. We came next day thinking we may have to wait as we were early but the glasses were already ready!!
