To whom this may concern I have a lot of medical procedures done as I'm an older lady so I encounter many people during my appointments. I have to say that everybody at Filatowski eye institute are some of the nicest people I ever met. They are true professionals and my doctor Siripong Rojanasthein was wonderful. He is brilliant and I felt like I was in truly safe hands. Thank you everyone that works there for my care.

My husband had surgery at the clinic, in addition to the delay in the services of the first consultations, there was a situation that we felt deceived. My husband underwent surgery to remove cataracts and implant contact lenses. From the first consultation he made it clear that he needed the evaluation signature on the form to take to the DMV and renew the drive. From the first consultation until a month after the surgery it was about five months and only one month after the surgery, when they no longer had a way to refuse to complete the form that attested him as able to renew the drive that they informed that the value for the form was 70 dollars. As my husband said on the day, the problem is not the value itself but the lack of transparency in communication, so they had the respect to inform us at the first moment or in none of the various consultations and returns he had.

The eye institute should be happy to have her on their team. The place was immaculate and the doctors are amazing. The most professional team I have encountered since I moved to Orlando. !!!!
