Doctor Letbetter MD was friendly and approachable. His exam was thorough. He didn't make me feel rushed. He answered my questions and was never condescending. I felt completely confident with his diagnosis.
The office staff and the techs were also friendly and accommodating. My wait time to see the doc was short and while it was not a consideration for me, many of the folks working in the office spoke Spanish and that could be very helpful for some patients.
I liked Dr. Letbetter and his staff very much, so this review is an easy Five-star rating.

I visited Florida Eye Clinic with my husband, and we both had appointments. From the moment we arrived, I felt very welcome. Everyone was kind, respectful, and attentive. The staff clearly knew their jobs, and everything was explained to us. Nothing was done without letting us know first.
The clinic was very clean, and doctor Letbetter was extremely kind. I truly have nothing to complain about. If anything, I would recommend Florida Eye Clinic because of their excellent service, knowledge, and cleanliness.

I visited Florida Eye Clinic yesterday for an eye exam and had a great experience. The front desk personnel were friendly, attentive, and very welcoming.
On the other hand, Angie provided truly outstanding service. She was extremely professional and took the time to explain every question I had in detail. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the visit.

The staff is dedicated to helping make your experience as pleasant as possible, they are all very sweet and extremely helpful. The office is clean, there's ample parking and restroom is ADA compatible. Dr. Letbetter was very gentle, explained everything, took his time to answer questions without rushing. They were very busy however did not rush anyone. Absolutely love them!!

I had a excellent visit with Devin Singh OD and all the staff on 10/3/25 everyone was so extremely helpful kind and courteous It's good to know that when your insurance changes and you have to find someone else to go to like In my case it was through word of mouth and then seeing it myself at my brothers eye appt. I experience how everyone was it made me comfortable to go there. So now I know why my Brother's family go there. Everyone thank you again and keep making blessed beautiful memories that last a lifetime

Good visit. Took about 1.5 hours to get eye exam and pick out new frames and order glasses. My only complaint was that the waiting room was packed. Need a bigger space.
