I recently had an emergency appointment with Dr. Kraut while I was on vacation in the United States, and I cannot praise him highly enough. As someone visiting from another country, the situation was incredibly overwhelming, but Dr. Kraut drew on his immense experience to guide me with exceptional compassion, understanding, and professionalism. His reception staff were equally remarkable -- calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring. Their kindness and support made a frightening situation feel far less daunting, and I'm truly grateful for how they treated me from the moment I walked in. Instead of recommending immediate surgery--which I fully expected--Dr. Kraut put my wellbeing before profit and advised me to take the next available flight home for treatment. It's a testament to his patient-first attitude that he gave me that option at all, as it had never even occurred to me. This one piece of advice spared me and my family enormous stress, worry, and expense, and avoided the challenges of undergoing surgery and a weeks-long recovery in a foreign country. After my surgery back home, I realized just how significant his advice truly was -- it was the single most important decision in the entire experience, and I cannot overstate the difference it made, to which I am immensely grateful. It's rare to meet a doctor who demonstrates such integrity, honesty, and genuine dedication to doing what is best for the patient. Both Dr. Kraut and his wonderful reception team showed a level of care and professionalism that made an extremely frightening moment far easier to navigate. I am deeply grateful for the support I received and would highly recommend Dr Kraut and his team to anyone.

There are no words that can describe how grateful I am to Dr. Kraut. He saved my eye and my vision after a tragic accident. I thought the worst but I will never forget that night God sent Dr. Kraut to the emergency room. I saw a ray of light and hope through him. You are amazing. Thank you so much Dr. Kraut.

The visual field doctor rescheduled with me twice, and then when I finally got to come in he was running over a half an hour late. Front desk told me they couldn't tell me how late he would be because I would be upset. She then tried to charge me a copay when it wasn't necessary. And then the machine broke. It's been a very odd interaction. I guess people come here because they have to. Usually I've had a good experience but this past month has been frustrating.

Charge for copay for no reason after a year of paying 0 copay, no insurance change, something is wrong with their billing department.

Try to overcharge me unnecessary fees that insurance suppose to cover, scammers. Otherwise good service.

They're just there to do the job.
