The front desk girls radiate positivity and make every visit feel like a breeze. Dr. Jaime Delgado is phenomenal--thorough, compassionate, and clearly passionate about his work. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. His expertise and warmth truly set the tone for the whole clinic. The entire team works seamlessly to provide top-tier care in a friendly, upbeat environment. I absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for new lenses! All the ladies, and the optometrist are so friendly, and welcoming. They have fast service and are very thorough. I had a great experience, and would definitely be visiting them from here on out for my future eye exams.

I cannot say enough good things about Hoffner Eye Care. The doctor is caring, patient and overly compassionate. And Viviana, who worked tirelessly to get me into these contact lenses was also extraordinary. I am so grateful to all of them and their team.

My experience was great. I had an appointment for 9:30 as a new patient. I was seen, examined, picked out new frames, and had my written prescription in hand and back out the door by 10. The staff was welcoming and kind. This I office runs very efficiently and quickly but still manages to make you feel welcomed and important rather than feeling like they are rushing you through.

Nurses makes you feel very comfortable, as well as the Doctors. The whole establishment is very sweet , Friendly and welcoming in whole :)

I had a wonderful experience during my recent eye exam and getting new glasses. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining everything. The doctor made sure I felt comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was also impressed by their wide selection of stylish frames, making it easy to find the perfect pair of glasses. Used to be a satisfied patient but the office insisted I pay $20 cancellation fee for trying to reschedule same day due to an emergency. This is the first office that has ever done this to me in my entire life. They said this is the second time I cancelled this year but I have not been to their office since 2022 nor did I have anything scheduled until recently. I explained this and she just said well that's what it says in my chart so we have to charge you if you want another appointment. I said don't bother because I will find another office that treats their patients with more respect and not fine them when they have an emergency.
