Lake Nona Eye Care

Had a fantastic time at Lake Nona Eye Care. Idalis and Jessica at the front desk were so kind and treated me with respect, which is getting harder the older I get LOL. One thing I noticed immediately is that the chairs in the waiting were EXTREMELY comfortable which helped with my back because I had a herniated disk for sitting on the john for 5 hours. Anyways to help me get more comfortable I asked Jessica if she any vaseline or vix vapor rub, which she had, and if I could microwave stuff and rub some on my tummy, which she did not allow! I know she had vaseline because I saw some in her purse but she still refused me so I went back to my chair inraged. I guess due to the comfort of the chair I took a quick nap where I had a magical dream that my belly was being rubbed with warm vaseline. Before the dream came to a climax I was woken up by Idalis who told me Dr Sandoval was ready to see me. When I stepped in the optometry chair I quickly fell asleep again and was again rudely waken up by the Doctor. Dr Sandoval began to test me when I stopped her to explain that I wasn't there to take an eye test I was there for the blinding surgery so I could stop seeing the angels. Dr Sandoval was shook and refused to give me a blinding surgery explaining that they are not a surgeon and even if they were they could not blind me. Trying not to loose my cool I reexplained the desperate need for the surgery when they recommended me a psychiatrist. I stayed for the eye test not to embarrass myself in front of Idalis who I'm pretty sure had the hots for me LOL, and then Doctor gave me a prescription saying without glasses I'm basically blind anyways, but if that was true the angels wouldn't be here would they. After I left the optometrist I wrote my pager number on a piece of toilet paper I used and gave it to Idalis and afterwards I walked out and attempted to blind myself with a stray brick. My blinding attempt worked and I thought I saved a fortune of surgery but 2 weeks later my eye sight along with the angels came back. Didn't have an amazing experience with Dr Sandoval but Idalis made it all worth it and I had driven by during her hours just to get a peep of her. If your reading this baby I love you and my life has no meaning without you XOXO.

Idalis was amazing she was patient made sure to adjust my eyeglasses to fit, she was very informative and made sure to repair to perfection. I'm so grateful my experience was TOP TIER, & I will always choose them over and over again. 10/10nit enough stars to express the great work ethic presented to me!

Love going every year for a new pair of glasses. Dr. Sandoval is amazing as well as Diana, she is very knowledgeable, professional and great customer service.

Dr. Sandoval is absolutely the best! I've been wearing glasses for over 25 years, and this is the first time I've seen this crisp and clear since I was 11. Incredible care and results!

I stopped by Lake Nova Eye Care and received fantastic service. Diana was incredibly kind--she not only fixed and cleaned my glasses but also took the time to recommend better ways to care for them, including tips on using the right case and cleaning cloth. She was polite, sweet, and the office opened punctually at 9am. The entire team at this office is top-notch in both professionalism and personality. I'm glad to now be a customer here and look forward to having all my eye care needs taken care of at this location.
