I am submitting this review to document a series of service failures and procedural irregularities that raise concerns regarding compliance with basic consumer rights standards and standard optical retail practices. I visited this location for an eye exam and intended to order prescription glasses. Ordering glasses, they informed me that their internet system was "not working" and asked to return on another day. Due to scheduling constraints, I requested to place the order by phone. The staff agreed, but the ordering process did not meet the expected professional or industry standards. No one reviewed lens options, coatings, pricing, or product recommendations. They took only my optical center measurements, without any further consultation. Paying by phone, I gave them my email address for the purpose of sending my receipt, however I did not get it. When my glasses were ready and I came to pick them up, I received them in the manufacturer's box only -- without a bag, without documentation, and without any receipt. At that time, I purchased a protection plan. Once again, they said that they could not print the receipt due to "connection issues." They asked me "come back next time" to obtain my receipts and refused to email them. When I asked them to contact their service provider or escalate the issue, the assistant manager said she could not do anything, and just ignored me after it, although I was the only customer in the store. Receipts are not optional; they are a fundamental consumer right and required for warranty claims, insurance reimbursement, returns, and proof of purchase. I declined to leave without proper documentation. After approximately thirty minutes, the assistant manager was finally able to print a receipt. This level of resistance and delay in providing legally required documentation is unacceptable. This location demonstrated a lack of transparency, inadequate customer communication, and disregard for basic consumer protections. I will not return to this store.

I came in with no appointment after my prescription sunglasses fell apart two days before leaving for a vacation. I was helped immediately and had my glasses repaired within a few minutes. Great experience and really appreciate the quick and friendly service!

I visited my local LensCrafters, where I've gone for eye exams for some time, to purchase new contact lenses after my last pair ran out. The signage at the entrance clearly states that contact lenses are available, but when I asked the receptionist, I was told they do not stock any and would need to order them. No effort was made to check availability or confirm whether any were in-store, which was disappointing given the expectation set by their posted signage. Based on this experience and the lack of customer assistance, I will likely seek eye exams and contact lenses elsewhere moving forward.

I've had amazing service at the East Colonial LensCrafters in Orlando. Most recently Nehru was able to fix my broken sunglasses. Service was more than pleasant and quick. Highly recommend.

Every 2 and 1/2 to 3 years I had there to get a new prescription and glasses. The optometrists are separate from LensCrafters per se but they work well together and they have a great selection of frames. I buy the special for 50% off and then I go home and order another pair online for even cheaper.

They have real rookies in sales rep who doesn't know what the do and try to confuse the customer. I asked the young girl who helped me if my current glass has the same power as my doctor prescribed and she kept on saying the same thing that she can't see it even she checked the glass on the machine. I would suggest to consult someone with experience and better customer service.

Broke my glasses this morning on a Sunday and I cant see without them so I stopped here and recieved incredible service they took great care of me and got me all fixed up with a new frame for my lenses and now I can enjoy some football since I can see again!! I highly recommend coming here if you want to be treated very well. Thank you to the 2 employees who were working and made it a very enjoyable experience..

These poor employees are overworked and you are losing business because you can't take care of the people that come in..fast enough. What kind of business model is that? On top of that then you shorten the hours you're open! Nice. A definitely will not be doing any more business with LensCrafters
