From the moment I walked in for my appt to the moment I walked out after picking up my glasses and then coming back to get my trial contacts and leaving... everyone has been so kind, friendly, patient, professional and willing to answer questions. From Vivian at the front desk to Jay at the try on area to Christine (and another girl I can't recall her name unfortunately) in the room and Dr. Vy... every experience has been great and I'm glad I came here. The presentation of my glasses was unique, beautiful and fancy! Great crew of people and great smelling office as well!

I've been a patient at Lifetime Eye Care for a couple of years now and I have to say--this place is truly amazing. They're incredibly thorough, and the staff is fantastic. Jay, in particular, has impressed me with her professionalism and her genuinely kind personality. I couldn't be more thankful for the care you all provide. So grateful I stumbled upon this place!

The Lifetime Eyecare office in Orlando is top-notch! The staff and Dr. Vy were wonderful in getting me in quickly for an appointment, which I really appreciated. Every team member was thorough in cleaning the eye machines and took the time to explain each test clearly and patiently. Everyone was incredibly personable, making the whole experience comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Vy examined my eyes with great care and went into detail explaining all my exam results, answering every question I had. I'll definitely be a routine patient from now on. Highly recommend!

New patient, had to reschedule first appointment as I was sick and they were very compassionate and understanding. On my way to my rescheduled appointment, I was lost, called the office and they were so nice and helpful and got me there! From start to finish, my visit was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable and I have NEVER had such a thorough eye exam in my Life! Highly recommend without question. Very much Looking forward to my next appointment to pickup my new glasses!

Best eye doctor! My whole family has been coming here since the early 2000s and Dr. Vy and his team has taken good care of us for almost 20 years. The staff and doctor are friendly and attentive, and they also have a huge selection of different glasses, from functional all the way to designer frames. Their selection is better than the big box vision places in my opinion. Overall great place and I have a great experience every time I come in for glasses or contacts

I've had a nothing but AMAZING experiences here!! From my first call to schedule my appointment up to getting my first pair of contacts and even afterwards. Dr. Don Vy is a very attentive doctor and really took his time to make sure my vision was the best it could be due to my astigmatism in both eyes. The office staff is super friendly, welcoming, responsive, & extremely helpful. The office staff would text me & keep me up to date every step of the way. The office staff took care off & completed the contact lense rebate completely for me. All I had to do was mail a letter, they provide for me. The office also had some really cool machines I've never seen before in an optometrist's office before that were able to take a really good in-depth examination of my eyes. Everything has been amazing with this practice! I'm very glad I found them.

Great experience. The staff were friendly and competent, my appointment was timely and efficient. What every healthcare experience should be. I just went for the first time today and have already recommended them to my family. Highly, highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience here yesterday!! The last time I got an eye exam was a decade ago (I have good vision so I didn't feel the need to do it often). I found Dr. Vy's office through my insurance website. The location was easy to find, clean, and well kept. The staff was very friendly. The eye exam they gave me was incredibly thorough!! My last one (in a different state) was nothing like this. It was excellent and very interesting. I loved learning about my eyes. Dr. Vy was so nice, professional, and informative. They told me my eyes are still in great health so unfortunately I wont have a reason to be back soon, but I would definitely recommend this doctor/location.
