My husband and I had back to back appointments at Target Optical, and we were treated very kindly by the staff, and even brought into the exam room together (he needed dilation, so the doctor examined him first, put in the drops, and examined me while the drops took effect). We are older and have some medical issues, and the doctor patiently explained our results and answered our questions. We haven't been seen at Target Optical before, but we will be back for our exam next year. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and I definitely appreciated their patience while I navigated our new insurer and new copays, etc.
