I lost a nose pad while on vacation at Universal Studios and was desperate to get a replacement. I was staying at the Loews Portofino Resort luckily found Losada Vision was in walking distance from the hotel. Alex was extremely nice and welcomed me in right away. I would have been happy with just one nose pad, but he replaced both, cleaned my glasses, tightened up the temple screws, and tightened up the nose pad brackets so they wouldn't fall out again. He did all that and didn't charge me a cent! I was blown away by the service and care. He treated me like a longtime paying customer even though I came in off the street on a one-time visit on vacation. I was so happy to find Losada Vision and highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for an optometrist and eye care facility.

Dr. Losada is fantastic! My 6 year old had her vision screening done at school and was referred for further testing. I was able to call and immediately got an appointment for the following day which I was so grateful for because I was nervous about it. Well, a few minutes into the exam we could tell my daughter was lying through her teeth about what she saw on the projector and just spouting out random letters. It was difficult to get her to cooperate, but Dr. Losada kept at it and was finally able to conduct a proper exam. I am very grateful for her patience with my daughter. Fortunately, my daughter won't be needing any follow up visits but I'll plan on switching to her for my own eye care.
