Magruder Eye Institute

I went to the Lake Nona location in Orlando. 13630 Sachs Ave. I tell you my visit was easy and extremely pleasant. I was happy and glad I finally found the right Dr. and Eye Institution to do my procedure. I was extremely impressed with the staff. The vibes in this office are super friendly. Their professionalism was impressive. I will recommend anyone to the Magruder Eye Institute In Lake Nona. A very positive visit.

We when to the lake Nona , Magruder eye institute the place it was terrible , smell really bad , like body odor, it was very hot inside, there were store glasses is closed, the restrooms look dirty. I am no happy in the place, I had to go outside because it was very hard to breath inside. The only very good thing is the staff, they are very nice and friendly.

I had an eye exam scheduled for 12:45. At 2:15, they still had not confirmed my insurance. The person at the desk tried to reach out to THEIR OWN department that does the insurance verification and could not get through to anyone. I took a day off of work for this eye exam and spent 1 hour and 45 minutes sitting in their office. One star Magruder. Do better.

Been trying to call, no answer, no nothing. Voicemails left too. Went to other offices and this what we were greeted with. No explanation, no idea when "today" is, grammar mistakes, and no emergency contact to help other patients. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

The wait time was longer than normal over twenty five minutes over my appointment time. The service provided was acceptable to my needs and I was set up for a return visit in six months. Overall good service.

Excellent Dr only, very professional, polite and listener at Lake Nona location. She was very kind at the appointment with my Mom. Also at Lake Nona the overall experience demonstrated a profound lack of respect for senior citizens from multiple team members, including the front desk, exam personnel, and most notably, the doctor's nurse. The nurse, described as respectfully "Skinny" with glasses who directly work with Dr, exhibited the worst behavior. When calling the patient back, she only said: "Dr. will be with you, okay." She offered absolutely no assistance or verbal instruction beyond those few words. This dismissive behavior led to a safety issue: the 78-year-old patient was left to navigate and sit alone on a chair that was unusually difficult to balance on, posing a clear fall risk. I hope the entire staff except Dr will get the training especially how to deal with Sr. Citizen. Or I wish this Dr will get the professional team.

Appointments with this clinic always take too long. The wait time is a waste of time. Go find a better clinic, this is a terrible clinic that will treat you like you're nothing and that you're worthless. They don't solve your eye problems and don't give you the proper care that you require.

The experience was very good everyone was attentive and courteous. I didn't have to wait long at all signed in within 5 minutes I was called back they did some test and then the doctor saw me very professional.
