The experience in office was wonderful. Doctor Sandoval was phenomenal. But the after effect has been annoying to no end. Days after my appointment, I was called by their sales person and told that she overcharged me, and proceeded to try and up sell me on transition lens. I opted for a refund instead and she told me she would get it processed as soon as possible. A week later, when I went back to get my frames, I inquired about the refund and was told I needed to fill out a form (which if they had told me about, I would have come in sooner to get the ball rolling.) The salesperson then told me it would be refunded within 3-5 days, it was not. I waited 7, just in case, and called. They saw it was with their finance department, and told me it would likely be 7 days to process. Today marks day 7, and nothing. I called this morning, and was told that because the receptionist is out today, that they have no way of checking the status. I am beyond infuriated. It has been a month. I have nothing negative to say about the people who work there on a personal level, but from a professional level, I am genuinely disappointed. This is my first time needing to get glasses, and I can assure you that once(if) this refund processes, I will not be returning here. Despite how amazing Dr. Sandoval was. For future customers, I warn you, do not let them charge you before checking what your insurance covers. Insist that they run the number before charging, or else you may never see a refund.

Dr Sandoval and team have treated me like royalty and went above and beyond to fit me into contacts! I work nights so communication can be a challenge. Not so, we communicate via email and they also leave me a voicemail to cover all bases. When I email I always get a response within one business day or less! Dr Sandoval is a very patient and thorough and doesn't just give you a stronger prescription to further damage your eyes but works to find a plan to improve your overall eye health!

Dr. Siergy is excellent, she is friendly and knowledgeable and her staff is easy to work with and are patient especially when it comes to answering questions. The issues I have with this location is mainly the way they do things and the sales rep, Lisa, they have on site for glasses/frames. First off, I just got fitted for contacts today and I was a little annoyed they would not give me the prescription for my lenses, as I wanted to see about getting colored contacts from a website I have been eyeing, the reason the nurse gave me was so they ensure the contact lenses I have now are a good fit, okay I can live with that, I'll be back in a few weeks for follow up. Now I also went back to the glasses "store" and asked if I can get different frames as the ones the sales rep, Lisa, sold me on were not working for me. When I first got these, mainly by her suggestion, I had no idea what I was looking for as I have gone almost 30 years without ever needing glasses. When I got these, they were not adjusted correctly and I ended up with a migraine the whole day, went back the next day and they were properly adjusted but after almost a month of wear, they just don't suite me at all and at times are uncomfortable. Lisa was "nice enough" but I could tell she was not happy that I wanted different frames and I did not like that she "tried" to make me feel like I was being bothersome, I don't like the frames and she should be just as perky as she was before when she sold me the first pair. Overall, I think after I get my contact prescription set, I will be taking my business else where.

Dr. Sandoval and Elizabeth were absolutely fantastic. Was in town due to hurricane Irma and on my last pair of contact lenses - they were able to accommodate me with a last minute appointment and were very professional and courteous throughout the entire time I was there. Fantastic!

Dr Sandobal was great, but the rest of the experience has been frustrating. When I first called to book my appointment, the intake person unnecessarily argued with me over what type of insurance I had. When signing into my appointment, the office staff said she had printed a copy of my plan benefits, so I asked if she could make me a copy. She said she couldn't give me a copy, and I would have to look it up myself (without an explanation of why). I ended up ordering contacts from them, which was easy enough. Picking them up proved more difficult since their hours aren't accommodating for anyone who has a job. They're closed on weekends, Wednesdays, close early on Fridays, and closed for two weeks over the Christmas holiday. One Friday I rushed over to get there before they closed. I arrived at 12:55 and they were already closed, all the lights out. If you're looking for a part-time doctor's office with sub-par service, this is the place for you.

Medical City Eye Center took over Dr Yager's old practice on Marks St in Orlando. The office is now a train wreck. I have been going there for 20+ years and my last visit in November was a total screw up. It took 4 trips to the office because they kept ordering the wrong contact lenses. Now they sent me a bill 9 months later and said that their computer system has been messed up.....oops. I'm done with them.

I have keratoconus and Dr Sandoval is amazing. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend by me. Never a problem with her staff or billing issues with my insurance. She stayed 1 hour pass closing, to make sure my fitting was correct.

Absolutely terrible. The customer service is just disgraceful for a Lake Nona Eye Center. The receptionist wasn't at her desk for about a whole 10 minutes while I roamed the store. When she did see me, she didn't even say hello. When she finally made her way over to service me, she was extremely brief and short.I felt very unwelcome and will not be returning .
