I went to this facility with twin kids. They were very helpful and welcoming. The online check-in process on the iPad was really smooth. They did all eye tests in a moment while the doctor was following efficient timing. The front office lady was exceptional. I like their service. I would recommend people to see this doctor. Going downhill. Last year I kept receiving a phantom invoice for what was considered a covered annual eye exam. The office took 6 months to 'work it out' and seemed so confused. Today I arrived for my appointment and was the only patient here. The guy at the front desk took several minutes to get me checked in and finally handed me the tablet to complete my information. No sooner do I sit back down than the girl, who was sitting at a make shift desk right in front of me, says I can come back with her. I sit down in the room and she noticed the tablet in my hand and said "Oh, I thought you were done", to which I replied "he literally just handed it to me". She proceeded to complete it for me skipping through the virtual pages. Totally unprofessional. I'm currently waiting for the physician, let's see if this goes any better.

I just picked up my glasses from this location . The Dr. was an awesome Dr who actually listens to what you are saying and understands each individual's needs. The ladies at the front desk are so wonderful also all very professional and make it a great atmosphere. I have to point out a very sweet and kind lady named Lysset I believe that's how her name is spelt she took so much time helping me choose the frames and colors she has a very uplifting spirit that she carries . I highly recommend this location for any eye care you may be looking for.
