From the moment I walked into this office, I could tell it was going to be a great experience. The space is spotless, modern, and welcoming--exactly what you want when trusting someone with your vision. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care. Dr. Nguyen took the time to explain every step of the exam and answer my questions, which made me feel completely at ease. A special shout-out to Dakota, the general manager, who went above and beyond to make sure my visit was smooth from start to finish. You can tell Dakota takes pride in the office and the team--every detail was handled perfectly. If you're looking for top-notch eye care in a comfortable, professional environment, this is absolutely the place to go. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and the team at MyEyeDr. (Dakota, Jasmine and James) on Narcoossee/Lake Nona. From the ease and promptness of making the appointment, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. What really stood out was how flexible and helpful the team was when I asked to keep my current frames and just replace the lenses with the new prescription. They made it easy and didn't push me to buy new frames. Dr. Nguyen was excellent--thorough, easy to talk to, and she took the time to explain my results and answer all of my questions without rushing. It's not always easy to find a medical provider who's both efficient and genuinely caring, but this office delivers. When my new glasses were ready, they contacted me right away. Gabriela did a fantastic job of presenting the glasses, case and cloth. She answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with. I'm really glad I came here!

Had such a great experience with everyone here. I came to update my prescription and have my 7 year old daughter's eyes checked for the first time. The doctor was so knowledgeable (and patient!). She was very thorough and explained everything so well.

This was my first time at a MyEyeDr. store to update my glasses and contact prescription. The entire team was phenomenal and answered every question I had. Dakota greeted me at the front desk right when I walked in and James spent the time to go through their glasses selection with me to pick out the perfect pair. Jasmine did a great job making me feel comfortable during the pre-eye exam and I loved the hand held tonometer! It was my first time experiencing that. Dr. Nguyen did an excellent job during the eye exam and explained to me the different contact/glasses options for my high prescription. Overall, I had the best experience and highly recommended this office!

I was visiting from out of town for the holidays and was very overdue for an eye exam. I decided to stop by as I had some downtime had a wonderful experience being helped by Dr. Nguyen, James, Dakota and Jasmine! They were also very accommodating as an out of state customer and made sure that I was able to receive my new glasses at my house in California. As I visit the area for the holidays often, will definitely make sure to come back and am happy I found a wonderful eye doctor in this part of town!

I had such an awesome experience with Dr. Nguyen and the staff here. I have a really high power as well as pretty bad astigmatism and every practice I've been to in the past has said that my combo of power/astigmatism would make it impossible for me to get daily contacts, something I've always wanted. Dr. Nguyen walked me calmly through my exam and explained clearly to me what my retina scans meant and was reassuring about my power/astigmatism while presenting me with my options. She didn't tell me dailies were impossible and helped me order some trials that might work. Now I'm super happy with my Precision 1 Dailies. I also ordered some lenses to put into some existing frames I had. Dakota and James were so great in helping me see what my options were in terms of lens material, and protective films. Hands down the best experience I've had with an eye exam.

I want to give a big thank you to Dakota and James for their outstanding help in finding the perfect pair of glasses for my son. They were both incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Dakota made sure my son felt comfortable and confident trying on different frames, and James offered great insight on fit and style that really helped us make the right choice. Their friendly and professional approach made what could've been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. We're so happy with the glasses and the service. Highly recommend!

I had a great first-time visit at this fairly new MyEyeDr. location. From start to finish, the staff were professional, friendly, and very well organized, which made the entire appointment smooth and stress-free. My exam was with Dr. Victoria Nguyen, and she was outstanding. She was extremely thorough during the exam and did an excellent job explaining my retinal imaging results in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand way. She also took the time to walk me through my options for contact lenses and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. This was hands down the best eye doctor experience I've ever had, and I will absolutely be returning to this location!
