I've had several visits to this office over the last 5-6 years, and have always had a great experience. Dr Virani and her team have always been quick and courteous. They were very patient with me when I tried putting contacts for the first time. I fumbled around like a turtle on his back trying to get them in, and they were very reassuring and helpful. Happy customer!

I was disappointed to read the other review for this doctor. I don't discount their experience at all. Fortunately though mine over the last several years has been extremely positive. I do agree with the other patient that it is important to allow patients to ask whatever they need to to feel comfortable. I have had the pleasure of developing a strong doctor / patient relationship with her over the years. She has went out of her way for me many times and given be great comfort. Consistency though is important. I did want to note though my experience and the fact she is a competent doctor as well. She has the heart but sometimes maybe she needs to remember the "bedside" manner when busy.

The lens crafters outlet was good experience and the optometrist was very helpful helped us select the right glasses. But the experience with the Doctor was horrible to say the least. DR. NAILA M. VIRANI, she was so rude, didnt answer our questions and rushed us. If we give you money we deserve the right to ask questions. Being a Doctor you should have the patience to listen to questions and not be mad and show as if you made a huge mistake by asking the question. Horrible experience with the Doctor but great experience at the glasses store. If you are going just go to get glasses and go to some other doctor for eye check up.
