Navid Vahidi, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.C.S.

I had an eye emergency, and while other ophthalmologists told me I'd have to wait a month to be seen, Dr. Navid Vahidi and his team got me in right away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable during a very stressful time. Dr. Vahidi truly listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and set me on the right path to protect my vision and keep my eyes healthy for life. His knowledge and compassion stood out, and I'm beyond grateful for the care I received. I'm now a lifelong patient and highly recommend him to anyone needing an eye doctor who truly cares.

I asked my primary care doctor to refer me to an ophthalmologist and decided to select one on my own. After research I decided on Dr. Vahidi. The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate and professional. I was very impressed. When Dr. Vahidi came into the exam room I could feel the blessing that I was about to experience. He was very caring and explained everything to me in great detail and was incredibly helpful in all areas. Most docots nowaday try and see 8.6 patients a day but Dr. Vahidi was very different. He is a true R.D. (Real Doctor) and provided me with perhaps the best medical appointment I have ever experienced. I thought that I had already written this review of Dr. Vahidi's office, but perhaps it was not on Google reviews where I typically do reviews. I was and remain very impressed by Dr. Validity and his staff, although I am no longer a patient there due to a change in my insurance. By the time my glaucoma was diagnosed, the doctor who diagnosed me said that I should have been being treated for glaucoma long before. To my very high level of gratitude I am now off of needing my blind service cane thanks to Dr. Validity. He is my miracle worker because I had four other doctors telling me that I was simply a victim of glaucoma and to get used to it. Those who thought that I would never see again should see me now.

Love Dr. Vahidi he's exceptionally knowledgeable, kind patient and interested in helping people with eye health issues with the best possible treatment and outcomes. I recommend him highly.

I have the greatest experience with this doctor. He safe my mothers vision. We were visiting Orlando over the weekend when my mother started with eye pain, headache and blurry vision., took her to Orlando Health ER and was seen right away the Ophthalmologist on call was doctor Navid Vahindi. He instructed treatment right away and saw her same day at his office same day on a Saturday. Very knowledgeable and worry about her. He did treatment in office and safe her from getting blind. I highly recommend this ophthalmologist. He went above and beyond.

I had cataract surgery done in both eyes by Dr. Vahidi and he answered all my questions and made sure I understood the surgery process step by step. He made me feel at ease before the surgeries and that let me know I was in good hands. His staff treated me like I was family and they even remember my name when I come in for my visits. During my post-op visits they were very attentive to all my needs. After my surgeries, I do not even need to wear glasses for distance anymore and I only have to wear reading glasses now if I want to read fine print. I have had a great experience at Central Florida Eye Associates and I highly recommend them.

Dr Vahidi is an incredibly good doctor. He is passionate about helping you with your eyesight. He saved my left eye when I had a retinal detachment during the holidays. His follow up care is meticulous and precise. I would highly recommend Dr Vahidi and his staff!
